Problems, problems, and more problems. Some good.
So I'm Austin from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
I've got a 1997 Chevrolet s10, it looks dumpy but it's powerful. It's got the 4.3 liter Vortec v6, 5 speed manual transmission, it's the ls extended cab, and it's rear wheel drive.
Now for the problems:
Interior lights won't go off.
Oem sunroof leaks.
3rd door squeaks when being closed.
Won't start without rigging.
The upper ball-joints need replaced.
The radiator support is bent from an accident of which I was not made aware.
It's Lagoon Blue from a spray can.
Has rear right quarter panel rust that somebody tried to pop-rivet but didn't do it right.
Has rust on the roof near the back.
Seats are wrecked.
No headunit, oem one wouldn't work.
Front lights are oxidized.
The ignition is screwy.
Pieces are missing from bay.
Engine is a junkyard find.
Has 252,xxx miles.
Ecu/ecm is oxidized.
Not in my name, in my dad's because it was gonna be fixed and driven.
Dash plastic is breaking.
Steering wheel is flaking.
Once running it's a monster.
New throttle body.
Paid off of course.
The thing is, I need to get this thing fixed, or sold. I want to either part out, or just sell/trade for something that is 4 doors and runs. I'm gonna miss this truck, but if somebody who has the money to fix it and can run it like it's supposed to be run then I'd love to see it go to a good person. <-----Sounds like an animal. Haha. But yeah. Anybody know? Suggestions will be taken.
It's slammed, and it's cambered. Hmm...Slambered.
