New to mini truckin - my 89 GMC s15

Please don't laugh. I know it isn't the best looking truck, but it's my first attempt.  

It has a bad rusty body, but the enginee is in great shape and low miles. I've made a lot of mistakes along the way but I don't have many tools for now. So I used a lot of Bondo and Rustoleum spray paint. I plan to work on it a lot more in the spring.  

I want to lower it, probably not bag it because that's above my price range for now at least.  Also there are a bunch of little things I want to add or change.

I'm looking forward to any suggestions you may have!
