looking for some help

Hey everyone. I have an 89 Chevy silverado 2wd long bed that I picked up off my grandfather about 8 years ago. I would like to drop it with bags and have it lay frame. I'm new to the mini truckin scene. The truck as of right now is with no motor or tranny but I want to start with the suspension if possible. Any help with pricing and how to get this project going would be greatly appreciated.
