Toyota Tacoma/four runner/pickup transmission swaps.

Hi All, new to the forum and relatively new to the mini truck world. I'm building a 97 Tacoma 2rz 2wd street truck and I also own a 93 ext cab pickup and 94 four runner, both with five sod manual trannies. My questions is this, my Tacoma is an automatic which I can't stand and I'd like to know if it's possible to swap either of the transmissions from the pickup or four runner to the tacos 2rz. The four runner is a 22re and the truck is a 3.0 v6. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
