Use a 200psi pressure switch and check the front airlines for kinks

Seems to b no kinks but I aired the front up and layed under it and could air leaking from driver side and whoever did the line stoped behind the cab put a fitting on then ran a foot of line and another plastic fitting b4 the bag and the one b4 the bag is leaking air but not that much. And I didn't here any air anywhere on the pas side should I just replace the fiting for the front bags or what

don't get under a leaking truck!   I'd go as far as saying don't get under a bagged truck, leaking or not leaking, without some sort of jack or jackstand in place, but that might be just me.
ummmmm have you taken a squirt bottle with soapy water and sprayed around all the fittings? You'll see it bubble like crazy from all the leaky spots. There will be leaks you can hear, and you'll discover all the leaks you can't hear.
If valves click, they're working. If a lift valve clicks but nothing happens, you're outta air.
Do you have gauges?
