Gas prices - how much is too much?

I'm noticing that gas is approaching the $4 mark, while diesel has well surpassed that. Crazy huh, and it's supposedly only going to get worse. Who commutes to work? I do! 70 miles a day.
How high would gas have to go before it affects your driving plans and overall lifestyle? Has this already happened? If so, at what point did this happen?
How high is too high for gas? And how will you handle this?

i think around 5.50-6.00 dollars i would start walking lol i paid 3.65 for 91 2 days ago in the dually

3.83 for regular this morning...and that was cheaper than other stations.
Good thing the Mazda isn't too thirsty.

its 325 in ms and i thing 500 bucks will be enough and thats when i hop on my haro and ride back and fourth to work
