I have had this truck for just a little bit over a year.It went from stock to drop within 2 mo. and from there it has been changing ever sense. thanks to a lot of the guys a s10fourm.com and waylayed.
On with the pics. How it looked when i first saw it.after a good cleaning and now it ready to be fixed up.
1st mod was a new carb.2nd was the start process of dropping it. (yes, shade tree mech. is what i am)A little bit lower now.
what i would love for it to set like. That is with a diff. paint job.
Time to change that yellowish color
Time to get rid of the clear glass & add my own custom lettering to the back glass.I didn't want the token "drop -n- destroy" on my truck like so many others. so i made a stencil and used basic auto primer to create with i have today. I rocked this look for a long time it seemed like, but now it on to the next step.
Thanks to the guys at waylayed, hornbusters, suicidedoors and local friends. And this is how it looks as of 02-22-10.
sweet! i believe i've seen your ride on yotascene
it's more like a pebble crawler
cool. keep us updated - can't wait to see its progress
That is my all time favorite body style mini truck. It looks to be in great condition. Keep up the good work.

In the front i took out the torsion bar and shaved the bump stops to about 1/2 the thickness. In the back i put 3" drop block and took out all the leaf springs except for the main one and installed an mini "c" notch.
wow i just saw that some of my pics of the truck are not showing up...... bummer
