How to get door panels off?

Im getting my interior re-done and the guy is almost done with my seats, i need to get my door panels off i went out and tried to push door panel back and pop the window crank out, but nothing... anyone help me?

on my s-10 the window crank uses a little c clip to hold it on. most auto stores sell the tool to remove them without damaging the door panel and they are really cheap. the slip behind the handle and you rotate them and it pops the clip loose. i've used a screw driver to do it, but it's a pain in the butt.
i also bought a box of the clips from an autobody store. it was like 100 of them for $5. i use a new one every time i pull the crank.

yeah on my s10 i just take the screws loose under the arm rests and pull the clips off around the door panel. but i dont use the right tools like burnzya.

alright thanks =] i watched a video on youtube and someone used a old shirt and it worked lol
