I think it depends on what kind of a bag job you're expecting, which might come down to how low you want it and what components you want to use. Are you doing it yourself or are you talking about a shop doing it? What you need to do in front depends on how low you want it ya know?

i know some places have full bag kits for like 1300 bucks, but you have to cut and weld yourself. i know if i could afford bags and i was going to bag my dime myself i would get a thoerbreck bolt on 5-link and bolt on components for the frone, but maybe thats just me... and thats like 3,000

You get what you pay for. Most likely be a hack job. Save your money and get her done right the first time. I'm just sayin.

I AGREE WITH THE POST ABOVE ME.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...
With that being said if you go to a shop you will most likely be paying $2000 in just labour.. Myself I have spent well over $5000 in just parts to bag my dime..
So in answer to your question I would say No..
