hmmm
well after lurking awhile i see there is not a ton of activity in this section.
i have a 95 hardbody with 146,xxx on it.
i have been planning on slamming it on 22", motor swap, smooth out the panals, roll pan,new front bumper, trick exhaust out the side, full suspension, paint, new interior,I.C.E. make it a driver/show queen.
only thing i don't really want to do is a body drop.
so i have a bunch of questions that hopefully can get some attention!
#1 the engine:
i want a SR20DET S13 Red Top, after soing some looking, it seems this swap is not that common, id imagine it would require some serious fabrication of motor mounts etc.

anyone here seen/heard have advise on this?
#2 suspension:
I feel like i have a pretty good understanding of what goes into laying a truck down, but my understanding of part names etc, is limited.
whats the best way to lay low?
what company's make the best setups for nissans?
is it best to buy the pre fab rear ends , or custom fab one?
not sure of the correct terms, but i want the rims and tires to tuck into the engine bay, is this poss with a sr20det swap?
i also want the tricked out rear ends, like the ones on mags, where the suspension is in the bed customed fab'd with sheet metal etc.
#3 wheels and tires
Id like to shove 22" under my fenders, what will this require?
i thought i have read of dudes using 4x4 fenders?
#4 body:
i want a matte paint job, most likely clean black (not krylon flat!) but a real paint job!
what type of front bumpers are available?
roll pan in back, best kind?
i know this is a long winded post, any help is greatly appreciated !
