76 Datsun 620

Well, this is my first bagged truck, ill be pickin it up tomorow, by no means is it daily driveable right now but it has potential thats for sure. I come from the off-road side of the world and i have a 2003 Ranger thats semi built right now. So, obviously this is new to me but i think this truck is gonna be fun after a little TLC. The truck was started by Robby Woods, he drives the Lucas Oil Pro 2 in the CORR series. I'll post up pics when i pick it up.

welcome to the bagged truck world...I was trackside for a CORR race and it gave me a new lease on life.
I'm guessing you have 4 stroke honda as well yeah?  

yes i do an 06 crf250

and as of right now i do not have the truck in my possesion. im kinda reconsidering, but i still realy like it, and if i dont get THIS truck in particular i will get another 70's 620

needs quite a bit of love. he wants to trade me for my 2003 kx85 and my 2004 crf50(tons of mods) both run great, i just dont use them anymore. i just feel like maybe hes getting the better end of the deal.

bad:
passenger door is unfinished

the interior needs major work

needs some wiring

needs a new dash

the rear portion where they made the 3 link isnt welded 360 degrees on some tubes

the front air bags have a leak in the lines somewhere

needs all new weather stripping

left front air bag hits the steering column at full bump

good:
shifts well

has full airbag suspension

clean title

all the glass is nice, no chips or cracks

all the rain gutters have been cleanly shaved off

no rust besides the surface rust


so, do you guys think its worth it? i think if i just traded one bike itd be fair  

f that man. i had a 74 datsun and my biggest regret in life is getting rid of it. if i had another one, i wouldnt trade it for a million bucks  

i told him id take the truck if he would just trade me for my 85, he said no, its alright ive found nicer ones for 500 bucks, i can do one right if i start from scratch anyways  

yeah, if you're not completely content with the deal, don't do it. There are other trucks out there, I'd think especially where you are.  

ya he said no to just trading for one of my bikes, but thats okay ill find something else, i have a guy who has a kingcab with a hardbody motor and front suspension, but im picky and like single cabs. it seems like everytime im not in the market for something theres a ton of em and now that i want one there is like 2 lol  

yup, that's how it always works!! Craigslist...
