like i said i wanna this free drop ive herd about is it safe to flip the ball joins and move the torsion keys? ona 87 toyota

haha, hey i'm on the forum that mentioned the ball joint relocation.

yes, putting the ball joints on the tops of the uppers and lowers is safe. its the same ball joint, bolted to the same piece of metal, just on the other side. all forces that are applied to the ball joint will be exactly like stock.

and adjusting torsions is fine as well. but if you get too carried away it will make the ride rough.

when adjusting your torsions, make sure the truck is in the air on jackstands, with the front tires completely off the ground so there isn't any tension on the torsions. spray some penetrating oil on ahead of time..... they're usually stuck. then loosen them the same amount.

drop shocks are good if you drop it more than an inch or two. otherwise you might bottom out and blow the stock shock.
