Titans;z71's;Eskies, all should be able to be bored out WITHOUT HURTING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY. The main thing to be carefull about is the amount of metal left between the lug hole and center hole. If your going less than .25 dont do it!!

Yes thats what we did to my nephews truck. We actually shaved off the ribs off the front and shaved down the axle in the rear{with the drum in place].That way the wheel set fush!

the axle sticks out a little past the brake drum and our case it wouldnt let the rim sit all the way.So we ground that part down even with the drum!

I have seen people do it that way. I wouldn't do it that way but people do. I had wheel spacers from pep boys on my truck and they worked fine. I had no issues with them. Check out you tube and look up a few tutorials on boring the centers on escalade or titan wheels or check out infamousnissan.com and search boring wheels. You can also pay a machine shop to do it for about $100.

Your not reducing any strength that the axle has!Its much stronger than those stud eating spacers that tend to break, and crack! Every set of those things crack!!!!

I have 18" Albas on my truck, Just over $1200 for wheels and tires. There are wheels available, you are just limited to choices. KMC, Alba, Boss all make wheels that will fit the 6 lug and tuck no problem. You need a high positive offset +32mm or higher, the closer you get to +40mm the better. Mine are + 38mm.

Heres what people need to understand, spend your money on nice wheels that fit your ride! You WILL spend the same or if not MORE doing a 5 lug conv. and then wheels&tires!I wish I spent my cash that way! But I do like my 5 lugs,I can buy just about any kind of wheel if I want to change up. PROS & CONS bothways but if I was starting a new project tomorrow I would buy a set of nice wheels and role out!!! Oh yeah I have a shot of my rear wheel and disc brake conversion in my pics check it out if you guys want.
