Not quite a Mini Truck, but still needs valves.

I hope this is the right place to post this, I just found this site yesterday, and I’ve looked around a bit and have taken in a lot. But now I have a few Q’s. I am building a rock crawler with air suspension. I need to find some air valves for it, and I am looking at either one 4 station manifold at each corner or if I go with individual valves I will need 4 at each corner. The ride pressure is 100 PSI; tank pressure is 200 PSI 5 gal tank, one EDC and one viair 480C as a back up compressor. And I built my own 18” travel air shocks. Under some conditions the top side of my shocks will see 600 psi for an instant as my 4000lb turd comes back to the earth.

Now for the questions:

Q1 Will something like the ASCO 4 station valve work with a check valve on the supply line, or will I find the dump valve over pressurizing and dumping each time I come off a jump?

Q2 Should I use something like the xtreme 800 valves to keep this from happening?

Q3 How well do these valves seal?

Q4 There is a small amount of oil that bypasses the seals in the shocks that is released when the system is dumped (All the dump lines feed into a common can so I can reuse the dumped oil). What types of valves will hold up to oil and what ones will not?

Any info on this would be great.

My check valves are rated to 1000 psi. I'd be surprised if you got that much pressure from a landing. I think they'd hold. I don't have a station tho I have individual solenoids, and I have the check valves on the tank side of the inlet solenoids so that once air goes in, the only way out is thru the dump valves. I'd worry about what the valves can handle - they're what might leak out after jumps.

I think I will be going with individual valves, How do you guys like ASCO valves?

As far as the shocks go, they are custom built 4" dia. with 4"X20" reservoirs at each corner   . They run about the same as a coil over so not too many people are interested. I actualy just sold that jeep, but I had to pull the shocks off first. So I am modifying them some and putting them on my next rig......only this time I want to run electric valves as opposed to 16 ball valves

No experience with ASCO valves here, I'm running Parkers.
