hey guys i am re indexing my torsion bars and i cant get tho bar to come out of the spline... or get the plate attached to the a arm to line up with the holes its like the thing still has tension.. its jacked up off the ground and has jackstands under the frame... my torsion bolts are all the way loose towards the ground thats the way they are to be right???? Is that loose or tight?? I had it lowered as far as it would go(my truck i mean) Do i need to start with the truck sitting high or low.. if you understad what i am trying to say please help...
