i went through 3 brass tubes and broke my truck in 2 places, trying to get the doors out and hinge them, but still cant figure out how to bent the brass tube straight enough to get my hinges

i like to use aluminum tube and small wire, very easy to bend and work with! also, i don't know how u cut doors open, but i use the friction method with sewing string, makes a very clean cut with very little clean up work afterwords. saves winshield post for sure lol!

yeah thats where i broke it. on the a-pillar. but my supra came with pillar pods, so i think it might work

Yea I use the thread/saw method also, the wire is a small metal wire with a plstic coating so its easier to glue.

well I'm getting a little farther. I think it will be like a last minute sema allnighter. The frame is almost done just need to bag and link, the supra motor is in, and the interior is roughed in. Just need to sand and start painting. You guys are stepping up the level and making it hard on me!
