I've helped my Dad build some cars and helped him around the shop since I was little and now I've decided to branch out and do something on my own. Of course, anyone who's ever built a car up knows you cant REALLY do it alone. So I'm putting a 302 in my 83 mini yota. I figure I'll need a rear end to match, motor mounts, and a custom shaft. But I'd love to get a heads up on anything I might miss. Thanks guys! -Jeremy AZ

usually a 4x4 toyota rearend will hold the power of a small block rather well. but you will need a rearend from a 79-83 yota. the 84-95 rearends are wider. don't forget a bigger radiator as well. did you just get this truck ? there was one for sell in marana but somebody got it before i could
