i mono'ed mine and put 3 inch blocks after flipping the perches and it can lay frame but the spring makes dumping it slow b/c it holds weight... plus repeated lifting and dumping can make the spring weak and break.. if you only mono it and nothing else for a static drop it will have lots of bounce if it don't bottom out.. best bet is for the axle to lay hard on the frame or bump stop so it don't slap and beat you to death...

are you planning bags, or just a deep static drop?

never run just a mono leaf, make sure to run the main and overload the short one at the very least
