96 Dakota...parts?

Well obviously I have a 96 dakota 2wd and I would like to drop it. Problem is that I am having a hard time finding parts for it, and I am also kind of a newb and not sure which route would be best to take. I mean I would like to be able to lay frame, but I would also like to retain stock ride and height (or close to, at lest while I am rollin.) Any help is greatly apprieciated and thanks for your time.
