Ok I'm new at this. I have been looking at air bags and I dont know what brand to go with. I come across some that says 2ply 4ply what does that mean? And what does single and dual port mean? I want to lay frame.

I use contitech bags on all of my trucks

the 2ply bags have 2 layers of rubber in the bag and 4ply's have 4 layers so the 4ply bags will hold a higher psi becuase they are thicker

The ports are the threaded holes where the air line goes into

The average truck will be fine with single port 2ply bags if you want to hop it you might want to go up to the 4ply

Have single port Firestone 2600s on the front of my 1996 Yukon and single port Contitech 2600s on the rear and it does great. Thanks Bobby
