this model came from ebay and there were quite a few missing parts, so i had to scramble to find parts from some buddies to make it work

dang, i have a 64 impala dash for my s-10 as well. trucks lookin good. i thought i was the only one who used wood on a plastic model.

the motor is out of a 62 bel air kit. the impala kit i have came with a 327, the bel-air comes with the bad boy 409, 425h.p. oughta make the s-10 move. man i'm such a little kid. the impala also had a pin as an axle so the wheels would turn so the 327 has a big hole in it for the steel pin to go through. the oil pan and valve covers are off the impala kit.
