Im looking for a site that sells 1 piece chrome front bumpers for a 89 hardbody. Anyone know of any. Also, How hard is it to put a toyota 4runner bumper onto Hardbody? Brackets cutting etc.?  

Are you talking about the 95 up style one peice bumper?  I got mine at a local place similiar to certifit. Check for a certifit in your area, you can also get them from FBI I think. They may also sell the yota bumper with the nissan mount. You will have to trim your fenders for the yota bumper.
