I have seen mazda's before with escalade wheels. I am wondering if you have to machine the inside of the rim out to 3 5/8 inch to get it by the centering tabs on the hub. Any help would be great.

Yes. You will have to have them machined. I just eye balled it and told the Machine Shop where to cut. Good luck.

Some people grind the tabs off, not the best way but you will be ok as long as you are careful.
Here is a list of some rims that will fit the truck and if they need any modifications to fit.
