Did the Space Cab ever come with true rear posi?

i have a 91 space cab, i know they came with the toyota p.o.s. wannabe ford 9" but im not positive about the posi. the rear end out of a mid 90's cherokee will fit under your truck, will retain the stock bolt pattern, and be a hell of a lot stronger.

I have a 94 Space cab I just picked up. Will some one please send me photos on how to C-Notch my ride the correct way. I am going to send it to a welding shop to get done. Thanks.

I have a 1989 Turbocharged Space Cab, Go to the web site http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2165246, The truck came with the 12 bolt Isuzu rear end with Disc Brakes with no posi (limited slip). I have never had any problem with it. These rear ends are not TOYOTA, they are ISUZU. I bought the posi third member on e-bay and installed it.
