A bad ass truck is still a bad ass truck wether its built or bought... BUT personally, i feel that more satisfaction comes from building it yourself.

I agree bad ass is bad ass. Built is the way to go. The process may be longer but when all is said and done your truck will be exactly that, your truck.

somebody has to pay for theirs to be built so the shop owners have some money for their own bad ass rides. I bought the yota bagged, but the only thing that is from the original bag job is the cab of the truck, and the front of the frame.

The way i see it is this , as long as ya give credit where it is due , then it don't matter . If ya didn't do the work , then don't take credit for it , it'll come back to haunt ya . I did all mine myself , and will tell anyone that asks , i had a friend do the welding for me . I told him how to put the pieces together but he did the welding , well , most of it , I had to go back and re do some of em .
Of course i drag my tag . http://www.myspace.com/firerat6069 http://www.myyearbook.com/tagdragger4life

just don't be a poser and it's all good. if the truck is secondary to the "scene", and gang-like club affiliations...just sayin'
