They said it was going to be shipped UPS and it was shipped DHL ten days later.They said it was in stock(Lying).They said they would call me back(lying).They said if you join the club you will save money.They didnt tell me I would be paying 3 times shipping cost.And most of all I had a shipping problem with DHL and DHL said where sorry we will send your refund to FBI rides and you can get it from them with this referance number.I called FBI rides and Dan said we dont give refunds on shipping so forget it your not getting your $160 back.So they kept my shipping that DHL refunded me.As soon as FBI lyers get your money you are nothing to them!!!!

Something similar happened to me it took one month to get all my things. Also I ordered a 7 port frame mount tank and got a 5 port which I called on and they said a refund was not possible so I had to pay someone to make 2 ports for me and not only that I was told it would mount to my s10 frame rails which also did not happen. And they said it would be powder coated also blied it was painted with black primer. And the wost part is im actually a member. Their customer srtvice sucks!!!!!!!!  

that sucks guys.. i ordered my bags and 4 link form them..  it showed up a week and ahlf later and im way up in canada.. they shipped via ups... dude was nice on  the phone.. im a member also..  saved myslef and my friends a tonne of coin...

if asked if i would buy from FBI again i would have to say yes...

Our 7 gallon tanks haven't changed in size... ever.  We did go through an issue where we had to get a batch of 5 port tanks while the 7 ports were being made, but they have always been the same size, and they have always been painted (not powdercoated) black.
sdime003, do you know who told you it would mount to your s10 rails?  The side mounts make it easy to mount these to most truck rails behind the axle, but I'm not aware of ANY trucks that it will directly bolt into, and we have never advertised it as such...  
That's not to say that somebody here was misinformed of those points, but I'd love to know who it was so we can improve our service in the future... and to kick them in the shins for you.

i ordered alot of stuff through f.b.i. without any problems. always shipped quickly and without damage, and the people on the phone were very helpful and friendly. i also buy from aim industries. people constantly talk crap about them but i haven't had any problems with them either.  

Well Phil , ya oughta remember me and my bad experience also . LOL .Took a long time to get everything , then had to wait on the right valves . Ya got me the Digital gauge setup as a "stress reliever" so to speak , but it is way inaccurate . I'm the one that sent ya the pics of the lower arm hittin frame on the shock tab welded to the top of the arm instead of the bottom , and the non adjustable upper ball joint that is supposedly adjustable . I'll just say this for all of it , never again . I learned my lesson and ain't goin back . I'll go with Custom Connection or Suicide Doors or even AIM . To all that have had good experiences with FBI , good on ya . Don't get me wrong , i'm not bashing , i'm just sayin I won't be back .  

Sorry Phil but Im tring to forget about my bad experiance with FBI rides.My buddy got the shaft by someone and it reminded me of my shafting from FBI rides so I was tring to save someone else the pain.Phil your guys had plenty of times to make it right with all the calls I made.Dan,Mike and one other dude got my name,phone,and DHL referance number(072900960)and said I will call you back.If your going to run a business remember dont lye and the customer is always right.P.S tell Dan that I didnt forget it.  

Koogler, I can't go back in time to make the problem disappear, but I can try to listen to my customers' issues and do what I can to make things right for them.
I'm not on here to make excuses- just trying to do what's right...
I'll make sure Dan, along with the whole sales staff here, see this thread, but without any REAL information to reference (your name, what you actually ordered, etc.) it makes it hard to move forward.  Would you at least email or IM me with a little more information about the situation?  If I can't help you, maybe I can at least avoid the same problem down the road...

I like how when ever I see a thread about a problem with FBI, someone is online trying to get more info to fix the problem. It says alot about a company.  

Hey, I have ordered a bumper for my truck from FBI and I also bought a membership thinking I would be buying more form them....bad idea waste of 100 bucks. The bumper came banged and scratched up, not from shipping(scratches had been chromed over). I contacted them thinking they would fix them problem and after about a week of calling back because they had to "speak with their manager" I was told I wasnt getting a new bumper back because they would pay for shipping( live Canada, price for shipping is outrageous) they were going to give me a credit and send me a few things. Well I picked out a few things that totaled half the price of the bumper... 3 months later I get nothing. I am sick of calling and getting excuse, I have switched to Suicide Doors and have not had any problems.
