I just got my December 08 issue and in "The Grind" by Galen Armenta, he wrote Minitruckin, where is it going?. Those were some awsome words. He wrote about what defined a Minitrucker, but what was so great is that he wrote about what a Minitrucker should be. I guess its hard to define a Minitrucker exept for the fact that we love minitrucks,so the only way to do this is to set a standard. The Minitrucker way... Respect, passion, pride, dedication and integrity. He wrote about how the shows are dwindling and why. I totally understand why, every show ive been to there has been destruction, and lack of respect. I know thats how most of us are though, I mean come on I drug my mini through every state on the East Coast until my bedsides where no more and i lost half of my lisence
plate just to see the road light up like the 4th of july, and ive been in trouble with the law countless times and i think that just goes with the lifestyle. But I think we all need to show more respect( including me ) for all of the hard work the show promoters, and the cities do to have us there. Anyway this got way too long but id like to say that 'Galen Armenta' did a great job.

i agree, i really liked the article. i personnaly don't drink beer, but at the same time i don't care if someone drinks, it's their choice. it does bother me a bit when there is pics of people plastered in the show coverage. i understand thats what goes on during the events, but i don't think the young kids reading the mag dreaming of being a minitrucker should be led to believe that its a mandatory part of the lifestyle.
