So when it comes to switch boxes does size matter? Or is the smaller boxes just built better and do they have better switches?

It all just depends on the look you are going for and your budget.

to me, what matters is control. some boxes are harder to work with than others. some boxes make it really hard to tap up or down, and if your suspension is quick, this is a problem. or if they're sticky or not responsive enough...no good. and it's definitely a bonus when it's wired right and actually does what you're telling it to do. ;-) hahaha. One time I relly really needed to get my truck out of the driveway, but when I went to air up, it opened every fast valve so I was just draining the tank and still on the ground with no air. :-)
