I am new to this can any one tell me how to set up bags so i can drag my 98 ranger do i need drop controll arms in the front /and do i wanna mount the bags above or below the axle or does it matter any info would be great  

You'll definitly need control arms.  Airbagit.com sells upper and lower airarms for the 98 to 05 ranger or you can get djm drop upper and lower control arms but you'll need bag cups for the front with either sets of arms. Only uppers if you get the airarms.  The back if you have the money I recomend KP components cantilever system in which most of the kit is bolt on and it will lay frame on 20's.  If you don't have the money I would mount the bags on the side of the frame mounted to the lower 4-link bars.  Mine are mounted on the axle and the problem with it is that you only get so much lift from the bag and it ride ruff unless you ride barely off the ground.  You get nicer ride quality and more lift mounting the bags on the link lower link bars.  Any other questions just ask.
