hello everyone, im new to the forum, names brandon willis, im 19, and i own a shop called Blood, sweat, and gears with a few of my buddies.

this project has been going on for about 4 months and is the first car I've ever built. 100% of the work was done by me. but ill give you guys a simplified run down of whats up, it might take a few posts though.

specs
12 inch notch, 4 inch z behind tranny crossmember, full custom triangulated 4 link/front suspension, boxed frame, slam RE7s, aim 1/2 inch valves, 2 viar 480s, 1 3 gallon tank, all 1/2 inch fittings and valves, 4 inch drop ibeams, disk brakes in the front from a 73 f100, 32 ford power brake booster under the floor, 352 big block with a mild cam and holly 2 barrel. built c6 tranny with b&m shift kit.

sheet metal work includes, shaved chrome, emblems, wipers, cowl, mirrors, CB antenna holes, both gas tank fillers, utility box, and a custom made grill.

plans, paint will be mint green base on the bottom with white scallops with emerald green mist pearl, the roof will be the same white with dark green metal flake scallops. Wheels are going to be the white as well, with white walls. bed floor will be tubbed with sheet metal over the wheels nad lexan over the rest to see the bag work. frame is going to be candy green metal flake., interior will be all white, with a green metal flake dash, green metalflake moon eyes steering wheel. custom made shifter, white tuck and roll bench seat, and focal subs/componets

here is the truck when i bought it, peice of crap really, bed was completely rusted out rusty everything as you will see not to mention the "body work" had been done before with many many gallons of the cheapest bondo money can buy and mesh.

bought it to haul *** got bored with it as a *** hauler, and decided to slam it. so heres the notch

4 link bag mounts

again with the 4 link mocked up

a little detail

finished four link with supports

then it was to the front, where i used 4 inch drop beams(dont ever bag a truck on beams it costs a lot of money) so i cut out the entire factory crap and started over.
before it was supported

complete

at that point, this is where the truck sat

definatly not up to my standards at all, so i had to z the frame
mocking up the Z

completed Z

then for stregnth, i boxed/shaved the entire frame

then you saw the missing floor for the body drop, so heres the after product, i didnt have a radius bender so its all straight angles, the Boxes cut in the floor are going to houes my subs eventualy

went that far might as well build a firewall too

then it was time for sheet metal work to fix the truck.
shaved the utility box in my front yard, long ago, along with all the chrome, mirriors/emblems

then i shaved the cowl/wipers little metal finish

repaired the cab corner, no bondo in those pictures, looked great with minimal filler

repaired the fender

metalfinished

time for body work

then primer to check the body work

shaved dash with only lights/ignition switch

This truck is very nice.... i have a 65 f100 that i have bagged and am almost done fully restoring. I slammed mine on 22's, have a 390fe build up,replaced everything and i know what your talking about by baggin the i beam....I MADE THE MISTAKE. BUt you live and you learn. I am working on getting my pictures up at the moment but I wanted to complement your work. I like how you kept it a long bed, because i opted shorting mine and i thought well it's already a long bed i will jsut make the short beds look bad.
