Well here's my beast the day I brought her home almost 3 years ago:



Pulled the bed off and began trying to put bags on the front without removing the cab (dumb idea)



Tried a couple of different setups in the rear (this one didn't stay) before I stuck with one.

Finally realized that the cab would have to go in order to get the frame to lay out properly (tranny x-member was too low)

Did a little rework of the front, and voila!

Reworked the rear end including custom bridge:

Chopped the bed up to fit:

This is how the rear looked at that point, not enough lift in the rear with the sleeve bags.

Decided to ditch the kingpin setup in the front for 720 spindles, so I made my own upper and lower control arms:

Had some issues with the original motor, so decided to pull that mutha out and swap in a ka24e from an '89 240sx!

Almost done!



Had to modify steering rod



New battery box, old one was rotted out, prepping engine bay for paint







Cleaned up new motor and removed smog crap









New home!



720 booster and m/c



Lots of wiring left to do!

Wiring's done, radiator's in and she runs!





Puttin' some Dodge Neon seats in





Got the dash done, put it back in along with new steering wheel and seats.  POR-15'd the floor also.

Traded the pathy's off for some 16" wheels with 205/50-16's on em.  Ugly wheels!





Had to tub the rear to fit



Gas door had to go!





Started sheeting the bed
