Hey everybody im jason out of texas and i have a 98 extended cab. i dont know wheremy last post went but, you all kinda make me feel like a rookie! After reading about all your airbags and 22s and all.  i only have 18s and the only bags my wife will let me have are the ones our new baby gives us under our eyes! I used to do alot of mods 12 years ago before bags and 16 in daytons were the shizznit. I remember we won a show and all we had were hinges welded on the the bed and a baseball bat proping it up! but im starting to get back into it, so take it easy on me alright. Thanks for the advice on the mirror shaving madlo. I have never shaved anything but its worth a shot.

Yea fillers are over-rated.
I make all mine even my tail light fillers, and the caddy buckets. After i got my tabs and stuff i traced em all on sheet in case my buddies need some later.1/4" metal on frame stuff only, but 16-18 g should do fine for doors and such.
oh yea shaving aint no reg welding.
shaving takes a while while you spot weld every couple inches or so .Take you time  REALLY. youll have less warpage to deal with.Nobody likes coke bottle doors... pop..pop..

Sometimes being called the lowest form of Customs aint all that bad!!
