Is it hard to get an s10 to chip without nitrogen or external air lines...can it be done with just regular air tank and compressors, high quality heavy duty airbags, tubular A arms....do bags break often?
Any thoughts...

as far as the bags blowing often....a bag if installed correctly shouldnt give you any problems. Make sure that you dont over inflate it or that it does not come into contact with anything like a frame or 4-link bar that will create a worn spot on the bag causing it to blow
