I am afraid that telling you how to do that is out of my jurisdiction. It is just not a good idea to try and explain that procedure via the Internet. I can tell you that what you are trying to accomplish is a shorter “stack height” on the bearings. What that means is that the bearing need to be closer to each other, but that also means that you need to take seal dimensions into consideration as well.

Good luck

ok. well thank you. I beleive I am going to have my spindle back stop machined about.25" to push the hub in. Now my next question if you dont mind is.... What are your thoughts on installing a 200sx IRS on the d22 frame? I am going to measure the dim of the set up on the IRS and see if it is wide enough or too wide ar too narrow. THen fab up brackets to install the IRS and bags.

I think that it is a great idea. There will be a few minor obstacles trying to install bags in a stock suspension clip, but the final outcome is well worth the effort.

I have a few ideas. once I get the rear suspension home and measure my frame and the IRS I will make a 3d model using  autocad and 3dsmax of it all to see how I will go about putting it all to work.

It mush be nice. I wish I knew how to use AutoCad or any one of the other 3D modeling programs out there, it would sure make my job easier.
