bag front end '90 max?

so heres the skinny
i have a 1990 max single cab 5spd
im wondering if any1 can give me any insight on the front end bag work i.e. a-arms, is there any place that sells them or do i gotta make my own?
and how big of a notch will i need to lay frame on 20s

there are a few places that should sell cups F.B.I is one Suicied doors.com and bagit.com and the axle brackets are unaversal. but i have found on my mighty that 80 - 85 s-10 front cups should work.or if you want the mini truckin tech has a artical on how to do it to the mighty with the lower factory a.arm by cutting it. i am in the process of bagin and body droping my 89 mighty as will as building a 4.3 cammed v6. hope this help christian.
