? about my 88 pickup

i got an 88 pickup with a 4 inch body drop that i'm working on, my ?'s are, its a standard shift an cant find anywere to mount the clutch resivoir, the only way is up an the pedal an everything is mounted as high as it can go from the looks of it. secondly was thinking of just doin an engine swap but was wondering what people were doing along those lines as far as what they where putting in? any help an info would be greatly appreciated

some people are putting chevy small blocks or even 4.3 v-6s there are several companies out there that sell conv. kits with all hardware.just typr in v-8 engine swaps on google and you,ll find plenty.

you can move the resevoir to the inside of the cab. there are a few tech articles on how to do it floating around the web (each one is a little different)
you can also replace your current brake booster with one from a 79-83 model pickup. they are considerably smaller and use the same bolt pattern.
i like the idea of keeping a yota a yota..... so i say go for a 1jz/2jz, or a 1uz-fe swap! but if you don't want to break the bank a chevy/ford small block is the way to go.
