here is the deal, i have a 94' ranger and it is dropped about 5 in the front and about 7 in the rear... i say about cause it has the drop i beams in the front along with a cut coil, and it has the flip kit in the rear and a leaf takin' out... it sits on the bump stops as it is and i believe that if i were ever to put a step notch in it, it would probably go even lower... but that is all besides the point, i am sure that ya'll will prolly make fun of me for all of that... but i wanted it lower what can i say...

now the real issue, it has a two piece drive shaft as most rangers do and from the carrier bearing to the rearend it, the driveshaft slopes up due to the drop of course... now i have read all the articles and asked plenty of people about it, but how do i correct the pinion angle.. it has a nasty vibration at about 70. any help would be much appreciated...  

You would use pinion shims. They are shaped in various degrees from 25-45 degrees. Use an angle finder off the back of the transmission and compare it to the front of the rear end. Most rangers are +-2 degrees. Retailers are mr. gasket and other similiar retailers running 10-20 dollars a set. Don't buy the cheap cast iron ones though, cause you'll regret it.
