I bought a 1996 GMC Sonoma ext. cab 4.3L V6, it is completely stock except for an after market radio. I want to turn this into a show truck type but its gonna be my every day vehicle. I was just wondering if yall had any ideas on what i could do to it to make it one of those trucks that will make people stop and look. If you have any ideas they would be much appreciated. Who knows maybe one day my truck might end up in the magazine and you'll see your idea.  

I am trying to get the same truck. i want to turn it into a mini truck. my plans was to drop it about 3 inches and put bags on it, shave the door handles and add a system with some tvs and adding a game system with it.  

show truck type but its gonna be a daily..hmmmm...that's a pretty broad goal... don't focus on what will make people stop and look, focus on what you like and what you envision for it. You thinkin' paint, suspension, wheels, interior, sound system? There are so many options, and everyone will have their own opinion. have you narrowed it down any?
