Toyota Supra motor swap?

I'm doing a motor swap in my tacoma. I'm taking a twin turbo supra motor and dropping it in my truck...has anybody ever done this? And how much work is it? Any help would be appreciated.

Good luck buddy, you're gonna need it.
I helped swap a 7MGTE into an 85 Pickup and after two years, completely swapping harnesses, rebuilding the bottom end, a couple transmissions, and countless hours of tinkering the stupid thing never did run right. So now the owner of the truck is pulling it in favor of a SBC. It would have been cool, if it worked.

Are you talking about a 1JZ?
I have a 1G-GTE (88 Supra) motor in my 83 Hilux.
