alrighty as some of u know i have recently got a 68cdime well here are my plans: baggs(duh, cantalever system), dual audio system, 100 gallon tank in bed (off of semi), sunburn yellow or lambo yellow, black 20" A.R Rebels(if i can afford thm lol) black headlight caps, black diamond plate bed, '57 bel-air chevy emblems, blue neons (srry i like thm some dont), interior hand made, drag bars (to nice of a truck to totally lay frame), and whatever i think of as i go along. http://rides.minitruckinweb.com/ride/1010114/drlz-droopy/1968/chevrolet/c10/index.html go here for some pics and my design ideas

Do you plan on using a compressor from a semi to fill the tank? I seen a mazda at bring the noize that ran hydros, the front hyd. rams were behind the seats hooked to the torsions. When he moved the rams it raised and lowered the truck using the torsions. I thought it was an awesome idea since it would ride like factory since the torsions are still there.

well i finally am getting tags and insurance on it. i got the title back the other day. i have done some work on it, got the emblems on except for the rear (tricky) anyone got any ideas how to do that because it has to be bolted in place not just stuck on? and would doing the rear first be good or should i do it all at once? oh and 5569 ill get some of those DULL ORGANE pic up as soon as i can.

well my next installment, i have more ideas, ok for a bed cover im going to make a steel sq tube frame coverd with sheet metal, have 4 center links 2 on each side boltd to the frame then boltd to a custom made pillars so that whn thy piovt up and back they will lock into place. wht do u guys think of it?

i would recommend using aluminum instead of steel, even a light gauge tube with light gage metal will get heavy. but the steel would be cheaper and easier.

srry guys i havent been on l8tly i hvent had the chance to get much done to my truck do to farm work and that i got fired from my work LOL. i thought about using aluminum instead but i dont have the money and we have lots of old steel laying around here. i have slowly been saving back for my bags but got EFFIN FIRED!! so now its gonna b longer on the bags. but ill try and keep yall posted

that sucks, i have been thinking of quitting my job, i have been welding and fabbing crap on big rigs since high school and have grown bored and frustrated. i have until december when my wife gets her r.n. then i'm going to start getting everything in line to open my own little business.
