hey, i'm doing a sbc swap into my 87 2wd 2dr blazer here in a few weeks, its a old school lt1 350 from a 72 vette,th350 auto tranny
(originally a 2.8 efi/auto)

i bought the lite kit from v8s10.com(headers/mounts/0, is this a good kit??

i heard i will need a mini starter for header clearence, and i also heard i could use my starter(non-mini) but i will run into a problem if i have to change it later on...is this true??

will i have to modify the driveshaft?,i'm pretty sure the truck came with a 700r4

will i need a custom crossmember?

any pointers, suggestions, comments, ideas would be awesome, this is my first time doing a v8 swap into a box body

thx

I used a stock sized starter on mine. But I using Headman "shortie" headers. Not sure about the drive shaft. You can use the same crossmember,
