I would use airbags... Hydraulics are messy!

They both have pros and cons. I will be building my future mini on hydros. I want speed and control you can get from hydros, as well as the ride that can result when you build them right. On the other hand, air is much cleaner n the event of an equipment failure and will provide a nice ride will little work. You can get big speed and durability from either depending on the parts used. I run air on my buick, and wouldnt go any other way on that car. Prices can be about the same depending on the route you go with either system. In the end you will really have to research for yourself, and see what you would like. Air is great, but you can run low on air if you get switch happy. Hydros wont run out in 5 minutes of switch hitting, but they will have to be recharged often. 4 pump set ups can sometimes have to be recharged every other day or sooner. there are a lot of variables. A lot of people will swear by either, and they are both effective setups. See what you can find.

acually theres a setup that is kind of the bastard child of both air & hydraulic. if you go to showtimehydraulics.com they have hydrolic airbags, (used to competely replace front springs) airbags, hydraulics, and a ton of products for bags & hydros. theyre not the only ones that sell hydro airbags, airbaggit.com,fbirides.com, there was another website that sold them but i cant remember the web address right now
