im new into the mini truckin and i have a 2000 silverado and i want to put a roll pan on it and a trailer hitch that connects to the frame and i was wondering if that is possible

I have a 98 chevy fullsive pick-up and i have a few parts i am trying to get rid of and that are all brand new!! It is the cadillac deville taillight conversion kit all still in the Sir Micheals boxes! I have the taillight fillers the buckets you weld in the lights and the bezels!
