so i have this class ring, with little diamonds and a stone, and it's pretty and all, and over the weekend I totally packed it full of grease while tryin' to undo somethin' on the truck, so OHHHH THAT'S one reason why you don't work in jewerly, I get it now hahaha, it totally made me sad.
so take off all your tiffany's stuff and all your bling bling before ya get under there haha

Another reason you don't work while wearing jewelry... especially rings... is that if your finger gets smashed by something and your not wearing a ring it will probably just bruise and the fingernail will fall off... but if you are wearing a ring and it doesn't cut your finger off for one(seen it happen) they will have to cut the ring off and thats no fun(plus it destroys the ring which sucks if it has sentimental value like a class ring or a wedding band) but like I said... I've seen what wearing a ring can do on a jobsite... not to mention that if it were to get caught on a piece of moving machinery it might get you killed... by pulling you into whatever it's caught on...

no joke!
I always thought that i would want my husband (hahaha someday when I grow up hahaha) to always wear a ring, but that's totally true, it's sometimes flat out dangerous to do so. dude i'd feel sooooo bad if something happened cuz of it, that would totally suck

I used to wear my wedding band , used to  key phrase . I got it smashed on my finger so tight once my finger turned purple . luckily it is silver so i was able to bend it back enough to get it off . I also got my hand hung up in my wife's blazer puttin a starter in it . I was stuck for about 20 mins tryin to figure how to get free . Moral of the story , Jewelry  a definite no no when working on a vehicle .
Of course i drag my tag .
