Hey whats up dude! It cost almost nothing at all.Really! Fbirides.com has a 4" angled lowering block kit for like 39. bucks.(there angled so you dont need a pinion shim). then take the center leaf out.thats like a total of 5" drop for the rear .Then all you need to do for now is crank the torsion bars down all the way and it drops the front like 2.5-3" in the front .DONE. If you wanna go lower get some drop spindles if you got some 17" rims or higher. If you get the spindles crank the torsion back up a lil to get abetter ride.Thats it .Not bad for 39 Bucks ehh. If you get it let me know i will make it painless and walk you through it!

hey bud, I got the truck yay-yuh! I just have to finish paying for it. It was weird, I did'nt notice it when I first saw the truck, but it actualy had a add-a-leaf on the rear. I removed it, (which took like three hours and damaging my hands!!!) but the rear still seams really high up. I dont know alot about truck suspensions, but it dosent seem to hard. Where exactly do you adjust the torsion bars at? Is that something u can do easily yourself @ your house? Do I have to use angled blocks?

To adjust the torsions Get the car jaced up and placed on stands! Then Get the jack under,Lets Say the driver side tire.Pump up the wheel till it cant go up any more then back off a lil.Dont wanna make the stands move. The torsion bars run from the lower control-arm back to ,just under your seat.It adjust by a big bolt attached to a pc of allthread.Get a i think 23 ml socket,And [hand] ratchet. If you want, mark the all thread at factory height for a reference . Then back the nut out until a 2" of thread is still showing (look back in the tech -suspension section at a thred i did on bagging the front ,just to know what it looks like) Turn it in 1/2 turn before lowering Repeat on pasenger side.It rides a lil bumpy Get used to it

Hey thanx! So it is just something one could do in the driveway. Does adjusting your torsion bars affect the allignment @ all? And say if i did'nt have the time to install blocks and crank the torsion bars, would a alignment shop know how/charge much to do it? Thanx man

Yea you can do it on any FLAT surface (no hills) Dont have any shop put blocks in.Make the time .You said cheap.Well shops aint cheap! They wont mess with the torsion bars. It does affect the alignment a lil, and you get a lil more wheel response but that comes with cranking the torsions. Its bearible trust me. I drove mine for 4 yrs that way i just cranked them down all the way and had em align it there.Should have seen there faces trying to get the truck off the jack.lol....

The only seats that bolt up are the SR5 buckets The Sr5 has all the goodies you want ,power windows ,locks, cluster console, seats, and a v-6.
