Some questions on 99 B3000 SE 4x4 Pickup

I have a 99 Mazda B3000 SE 4x4 Pickup nothing fancy  nothing like i have seen in the magazines. I am not the best with anything to do with cars or trucks.

I am a Vol Fire Fighter and use it to respond to the station from my home.

I want to do something to the truck by taking the stock corner and tail lights off and replacing them with euro or clear with colored bulbs/led's.and add warning lights in them.
I want the clear because i am going to be useing blue lights and i want them to show up better then it does with the stock lens.  

I have seen some that i like on ebay for a ranger however i can't find anything for mazdas. Will the Ranger ones work ?

does anyone make them for my truck ?
