Getting your truck into Ridin’ Around is a snap — of the camera, that is. All it takes is a couple of good-quality photos of your ride that are in focus and well lit. Due to the volume of mail we receive, we regret that we cannot return photographs. Please shoot and send photos of your truck only (no people, pets, Polaroids, or printouts) to: Mini Truckin’ Magazine, Ridin’ Around, 2400 E. Katella Ave., 7th Floor, Anaheim, CA 92806. It is important that you include a detailed description of the modifications you have made to your truck, including any interesting stories behind it. This can include information about the buildup or any special history the truck has.

Oh jeez, Where to start. I was customizing Minis in 1989, Bought A Brand new Isuzu in 1994 and dropped it the SAME DAY, added a few bolt ons and won second place in a pretty big show with less than 100 miles on it. I got sick of showing pictures and talking about how good it used to be and decided to do it again. Heres my dilemma... I picked up a 1987 Mazda from the original owner with less than 55K miles. This thing has not been rained on in 15 years. I have put in a HUGE Memphis System at the urging of my good friend "Officer Farvra" - "Blazerado" but for some weird reason I'm Worried about cutting this thing into peices, just because it is absolutely flawless and 20 years old. Perhaps I should buy a beater to make into something special?... I have made a cut-Thru for the M3's and felt like I was destroying a national treasure, I mean, After all, it's one of the greatest Mini trucks of all time..... I need A Mini Truckers Opinion, I will be including some pictures soon so you can understand my dilemma.....

wow, I THINK YOU JUST WOUND UP IN EVERY MINITRUCKERS DREAM. I KNOW EVERYONE IS GOING TO HAVE THEIR OWN OPENION, BUT I'M GOING TO SAY, THINK ABOUT NOT HAVING TO GO THROUGH WHAT MOST OF US GO THROUGH TO BUILD A 20 YEAR OLD TRUCK. YOU WONT HAVE TO GO HUNTING FOR FENDERS OR A BED OR DOORS. ALL YOU HAVE TO CONCENTRATE IS THE BASICS. IT ALSO DEPENDS ON WHAT KIND OF DAILY DRIVER YOU HAVE. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE, WHATS THE POINT IN WAISTING A PERFECTLY GOOD TRUCK BY LETTING IT DO WHAT ITS BEEN DOING FOR 20 YEARS,,,,SITTING....ON THE OTHER HAND IF YOU DONT HAVE A DAILY DRIVER, A TRUCK LIKE THAT WOULD BE PERFECT..(NO NOTE LOL).IF FARVA HAD TO DRIVE THE BLAZERADO EVERYDAY, HIM AND CLYDE WOULD STILL BE WORKING ON IT...IN THE END , JUST MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT KICKIN YOURSELF IN THE BUT FOR NOT DOING WHAT YOU REALLY WANTED TO DO..ROCK OUT ....GARY

hey idk if this is the right are to sign up for Ridin around but ill try it.
I just turned 16 years old on march 26. ive been building this 94 S10 sice i was 14 or 15.the front end i converted to a 98 sonoma with envoy bumper. many of my friends envy it along with forum members. people also say my daddy bought it for me but its built by me not bought. its fully airbagged and 4 linked. It sits on DETATA PROFILER 18" rims. EVERYTHING is shaved (took many a hours) and painted myself with the help of my dad. the paint is metallic mazda blue. I have a lot of time and money invested and plan on keeping it for awhile. it is my daily driver for now however i plan on making it just a show truck.i plan on bodydropping it and tucking bigger rims...possibly 22s. The best thing that could ever happen would for my truck to be on the cover of minitruckin, however i know how hard it is for that to happen but i will try and never stop tryin for that one place ive always dreamed of, minitruckin cover.I would do anything ofr the cover, however i also want to represent minitruckin to the fullest! it would be awesome to be the youngest kid on the cover of your magazine. well enough with dreams and about me and my truck...heres the pics.
